Extraction is only useful if the data lands where you already work. As of this release, ScanThisText pushes structured extractions straight into your accounting and automation stack: QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zapier. Scan an invoice, verify the fields, and send it onward without re-typing a single line.
What you can connect
- QuickBooks Online & Xero. Native bill and invoice sync. Vendor, date, totals, and line items map to the right fields, with a review step before anything is written.
- Zapier. A dispatcher that fires every completed extraction into 6,000+ apps, so you can route documents to Slack, Google Sheets, your CRM, or a custom webhook with no code.
How a typical flow looks
A bookkeeper drops a stack of supplier invoices into the workspace. Each one is extracted to typed fields with a confidence score. Anything uncertain is flagged for a quick correction. With one click the batch syncs to QuickBooks as draft bills, and a Zap copies the totals into a monthly tracking sheet. What used to be an afternoon of manual entry is now a five-minute review.
A note on what we did not build
We deliberately kept the native integrations to the accounting tools where a clean inbound-invoice model exists. For everything else, including pushing invoices into a CRM, Zapier is the right bridge rather than a brittle one-off connector. Fewer, well-built integrations beat a long list of half-working ones.
Turn it on
Connections live under your workspace integrations. Business and Enterprise plans include native accounting sync and the Zapier dispatcher. See the Business plan or try a scan first.
